Lemon Chilli Sauce

A delicious addition when preparing Fish. A spicy infusion for fish, crawfish, crab meat, shell fish which will tantalize your taste buds. Spice up your fish with a refreshing touch.

Ingredients for cooking:

  • 60g butter
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons BGC chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dinkel flour
  • 50ml water



  1. Add the butter and all the ingredients marked with the asterisk, mix well and let this simmer until bubbles form.
  2. Mix 2 spoons of the sauce with the flour in a cup and add to the butter mixture.
  3. Note: If this begins to curdle then add 2 teaspoons of water.
